A 1.5h relaxed introduction to the world of fine tea, guided by Nari.
This tasting is designed for those who would like to explore tea through origin, processing, aroma, texture, and taste.

Please choose one of the following themes:
1. Speed Tasting: Main Tea Types
Get to know the main types of tea through oxidation and processing — such as green tea, oolong, red tea, white tea, and Pu’er.
2. Deep Dive into One Tea Type
Compare several teas within one category and explore their differences in origin, cultivar, craft, and taste.
Please let us know which type you would like to focus on: green, oolong, or red tea.
3. Three Tea Regions
Taste across Japan, Taiwan, and China, and discover how terroir, culture, and craft shape different tea traditions.
4. Omakase Tea Tasting
Tell us what you have been drinking or feeling drawn to lately, and we will curate the tasting according to your taste.

Rare Tea Tasting 2h (from 65€/person)

A 2h deeper tasting experience featuring rare and master-crafted teas from the Nari Collection.

Designed for tea lovers who wish to explore beyond everyday tea, this session offers access to teas that are rarely encountered outside their place of origin — from fully hand-crafted teas produced by National Intangible Cultural Heritage inheritors, to small-batch teas from celebrated mountain sites, aged collector's teas, and rare wild teas.

Depending on the season and availability, selections may include:
Mengding Ganlu & Mengding Huangya crafted by National Intangible Cultural Heritage inheritor Bai Yuehui;
Zhengyan Wuyi rock oolong from the core scenic area;
Unique rare cultivars developed by inheritor tea master You Yuqiong;
Traditional Tongmuguan Lapsang Souchong;
Aged rock oolong made by monks from Wuyi Tianxin Temple;
Early-2000s Sheng Pu'er and Vintage Tibetan dark teas;
Over 500-year-old single-tree Pu'er;
Wild mountain teas from Taiwan ....

No two sessions are exactly alike. Each tasting is curated according to season, availability, and your interests. After booking, we will reach out to learn more about your tea journey and what you are curious to explore, allowing us to select the teas accordingly.
